Polarity Yoga 

  

Please e-mail or call me if you are interested in a half-day class in Polarity Yoga in the Santa Rosa area.  Classes will be forming soon.  This yoga is an integral part of Dr. Randolph Stone's system of health called "Polarity Therapy".  It is a wonderful exercise system that is simple to use, and very beneficial in balancing and renewing our electro-magnetic energy system.
